EMPLOYMENT BASED THIRD (EB3) IMMIGRANT US PROGRAM
Immigrant Program to US by EB3 Visa Classification is considered to be the shortest path to touch the “American dream”. EB3 program has been approved by US Government through Immigration and Nationality Act – INA since 1990 in order to create the opportunities for excellent individuals who aim to develop their career in US.

EB3 Visa Classification and conditions
Professional
Applicant must have at least bachelor degree. If the bachelor degree is granted outside US, it must be examinized by companies specialized in educational examinication in US. For example, professor, doctor, pharmacist, accountant, lawyer, physiotherapist, designer, etc.
Skilled Workers
Applicant must undergo expertise training and have at least 2-year experience. Applicant must provide documents to prove that he/ she has been trained in at least 2 years. Jobs considered to grant this visa classification are cook, cosmetologist, tailor, car engineer, marketing specialist, etc.
Unskilled Workers
This is the visa which does not require degree or experience. This applicant shall move to US and work as unskilled worker with the commitment to receive the minimum wagein US. For example: housekeeper, waitor, vice-cook, factory worker, product assembler, caregiver, etc.
Benefits of EB3 Immigrant Program
- EB3 applicant must sign long-term official labour contract right after arriving at US. The job offers flexible working time, equal environment and access to advanced technology and higher wage than in Vietnam. Besides, benefits and insurance shall be provided according to the law.
- Carry two nationalities Vietnam – US and benefit from medical care, education, finance, social policies as a US citizen. However, EB3 immigrant shall not have the right to vote.
